I can’t say enough good things about Next Level Pools. Brandon and his team are the kind of service partners you hope to find but rarely do. They’re reliable, consistent, and genuinely kind every time I need anything (which isn’t often, because they keep the pool in great shape).
I moved over from another pool company I used for more than five years, and the difference in service and communication was immediate. The weekly email summaries alone are a game changer — clear, detailed, and reassuring.
They’ve also shown real patience and professionalism. More than once I’ve accidentally left my dogs in the backyard while rushing my kid to daycare, and they’ve never been frustrated or thrown off. They just work around it and get the job done.
On top of all that, the pool looks better than it ever has. Their expertise shows, their communication is great, and you can tell they care about the people they work with.
